Diane was born in Decatur, IL. on October 13, 1946. She graduated from Stephen Decatur High School.
Diane married Gary L. Trulock on July 16, 1966, in Mt.Zion,IL. She worked in the medical field for 30 years.
Diane enjoyed golf, travel, and her grandchildren.
She is survived by husband Gary L Trulock, children Eric Trulock and Heather Mihal, grandchildren, Makynah Mihal, Kole Mihal, Allie Trulock, and Delaneigh Garner.
