Gladys Helen Finch

Gladys Helen Finch, 85, of Mt. Zion, Illinois, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2024, at Mt. Zion Health and Rehab. She was born on March 10, 1939, in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of Charles and Viola Marie (Scott) Howell.

Gladys was united in marriage to Jerry Allen Finch on June 1, 1956, in Decatur. He preceded her in death in 2012. She was a dedicated member of Saint James Catholic Church in Decatur.

She is survived by her three daughters, Dawn (Allan) Buck, Trease (Jay) Mayberry, and Suzanne Finch; her son, Mark (Karen) Finch; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Cindy Wells, and her son, Michael Finch.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
