Mrs. Mary L. Smith, a vibrant 74-year-old from Decatur, IL, and formerly of Tovey, IL, made her remarkable journey into the next life at 3:45 P.M. on Saturday, February 1, 2025. Surrounded by loving family and friends in her daughter’s home, she left this world in peace, a testament to a life well-lived. Born in the picturesque town of Carrollton, IL, on November 19, 1950, Mary was the cherished daughter of Roland H. and Norma L. (Reeves) Dean.
