Jeff Lockwood

Jeffrey Lockwood, father, beloved grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully in Shelbyville, Illinois. Originally from Arlington Heights, Jeffrey spent his later years enjoying the quiet charm of Shelbyville, where he built lasting connections and cherished memories with family and friends.

Jeffrey is survived by his daughter Regina (Jarred) Agney of Shelbyville, and his treasured grandson, Kash, who brought endless joy and pride to his life. He is survived by his siblings, Merrily (Tom Benson), Ernie (Laura), David, Melody (the Late Dennis) Misora, Gary, Roger (Linda). Jeffrey also leaves behind his long-time girlfriend Diane Curran.

Jeffrey had a deep passion for the Chicago Cubs and rarely missed a game, cheering on his team through the highs and lows. He found joy and camaraderie in bowling leagues over the years, and he was fascinated by the night sky, often stargazing and exploring his love of astronomy.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
