Roberta Catherine (Cathy) Smalley, 70, of Oakley, died Wednesday, May 28th at 12:30 p.m., in her home. Cathy battled Huntingtons disease for many years with her husband by her side being her primary care giver. Cathy left behind her mother, Shirley McHaney of Decatur. Loyal and dedicated husband, Dwain Smalley of Oakley. 2 surviving children, 3 brothers, 1 sister and 1 stepson. She is preceded in death by 1 son, 1 brother, and her grandparents. | |
