Jason Michael Revis

Jason is survived by his father Michael Revis (Linda) and mother Brenda Pirtle Kolba (James), fiancé April Jones, son Tyler Revis (Kyliee), daughter Shelby Revis, and son Jacob Revis, bonus sons Corey and Seth Jones, his beautiful grandchildren Baelie, Mason, and Eden, sister Melissa Reed (Jason), grandmother Rosie Pirtle, nieces and nephews Kristopher (Hannah), Drake (Adrianna), Loryn, Ashley (Jeff), Blake (Holly), and Brandon, sister-in-law Lillian (Willie) and brother-in-law Shawn special mention his long-time best friend Todd Melvin (Tammy) and cousin Jeremy Wren (Stephanie).

Jason was preceded in death by his sister Michelle Revis, grandfather Ezra Revis, grandmother Lucille Revis, grandfather Dumas Pirtle, and mother-in-law Brenda Stukins.

Jason went to Mt. Zion all through grade school and finished high school at MacArthur. Jason received his HVAC certification and went on to become an electrical journeyman. He worked for ADM for 21 years and spent his last 13 years working for the local news station WAND as building and grounds maintenance.

Anyone who knew Jason knew that his grandchildren who called him “Monkey” were his world. He loved all music, Cardinals Baseball, Nova’s, dirt track racing, wings, sitting on his deck and having family barbecues where he was always the cook.

Family and friends may show their love and support at Jason’s Celebration of Life, July 12th, at 2pm at Crow Barn in Macon Il. Cremation Service provided by Central Cremation Center, Forsyth. A graveside service will be held in the near future at Mt. Gilead Cemetery.
