Charlene Beechler

Charlene G Beechler, 71, of Springfield, IL passed away on April 5, 2023 at her home with family and friends by her side. She was born December 16, 1951 in Springfield, IL, daughter of Charles R. and Betty (Morris) Blakeman. Charlene married Lenny Beechler on July 20, 1996 in Springfield. A celebration of Life in her honor will be held at the Northenders VFW 10302, 2349 Stockyard Road, Springfield, IL on June 17th at 2:00pm.

Charlene was a founding member of the Ladies Auxiallry VFW 10302. She loved hosting “Margaritaville” pool parties with her girl friends and playing shuffleboard on Sundays at VFW 10302 and always looked forward to her annual Christmas party at her sister-in-laws.

She is survived by two sons, Ron (Bryanna) Williams, and Aaron Williams both from Springfield, IL; two step-sons, Ron Beechler, of McKinney, TX, and Donnie (Paula) Beechler of Greenwood, IN; step-daughter, Carol (Bob) Reddish of Springfield, IL, and granddaughter, Alaina William of Springfield, IL, and five step-grandchildren, Ryan, Baley, Shae, Coltin, and Katie Beechler.
