Beverly Brown

Beverly D Brown, 88 of Decatur, died on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, in her home. Central Cremation Center is assisting the family.

Beverly was born on February 21, 1935, the daughter of Robert L and Jeannette D White. She owned and operated Morey’s Newsstand for 15 years. She was affiliated with Grace Methodist Church. She married Dee A Brown on February 24, 1952. He preceded her in death on May 19, 1998.

Surviving are her daughters; Dianne Shaw and her husband Steve of Warrensburg, Carreen Northway and husband Bob of Decatur, Anne McDonald and husband Bud of Macon, Rachel Howard of Evansville, IN; son John E Brown of St. Charles, MO; sister Jeannine Peters and husband Michael of Rockford; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son-in-law and one granddaughter.
