Aubrey Junior Grove, 82 of Blue Mound, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at his residence. He was born July 1, 1941 in Shelby County Illinois, son of Aubrey and Wilma (Roley) Grove. He married Cheryl Reber on October 1, 1970 in Shelbyville, Illinois, she survives.

Aubrey graduated from Stewardson-Strasburg High School in 1959. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict as Military Police. He was retired from Caterpillar.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Cheryl Grove, 3 children; Donn Grove, Rodney (Julie) Grove, and Jennifer Hanna, grandchildren; Cody Grove, Tristin Grove, Colton Grove, Shelby Grove, and Shyanne Grove. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers; Lester (Shirley) Grove, Lynal (Betty) Grove, and Bill Grove; sisters Ruth (Ralph) Hoyer, Deloris Shaw, and Geneieve (Roy) Navis.
