Beulah Marie Hooper, 81, of Decatur, Illinois, passed away December 29 Th 2022.
She was born in Decatur, Illinois on February 26 Th 1941.Beulah was married to Sam Hooper in 1978.
She was survived by husband Sam Hooper (Deceased), children Ray L. Ryan (Karie) Buffalo Missouri,
Robert E. Ryan Decatur Illinois, Terry Ryan (Donna) Bloomington Illinois, Kelly Reynolds (Michael Dial)
Decatur Illinois, Tina Russell Decatur Illinois. Stepchildren, James Hooper Wyoming, Brenda Shull Conroe
Texas, Linda Hooper (Deceased). Parents, Earl Mier (Deceased), Laura Lourash (Deceased), and special
friend Phil F. Jordan (Deceased). Siblings, Albert Harvey Waynesville Illinois, Eddie Harvey Decatur
Illinois, Goldie Mier, Edna May Harvey (Deceased). Beulah has 22 grandchildren, 27 greatgrandchildren,
8 great greatgrandchildren, several nieces and nephews and several cousins. Best friend Diane Burrows.
The family would like to thank Dr. Wade, Cancer Care of Decatur. Wonderful nurses at hospice and the
staff at the Orlando Apartments, Katie Maple, Pete Blackwell, Phil Jordan.
Per Beulah’s request there will be no services. The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
