Daniel Alan Ralph, 71, of Moweaqua, Illinois, passed away on March 19, 2026. He was born on July 25, 1954, in Decatur, Illinois, to John B. Ralph and Sharon D. Ralph.

Daniel is survived by his sons, Alan Ralph and Tim Ralph; numerous grandchildren; his sisters, Diana Younkers (Richard), Kathy Minor (Jim), Rosanne Adams, and Julie Gillmore (Bobby); and his brother, Christopher Ralph (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Laura Godfrey; and his brothers, John Ralph III and Kenny Ralph.

A special thank you is extended to Debbie Jackson, his dedicated caregiver of 12 years, whose kindness and commitment meant so much, and to Donald Shafer, a cherished friend who was like a son to him and held a special place in his heart.

Daniel worked as a mechanic at numerous locations in Decatur. He later furthered his career in North Carolina as a NASCAR mechanic for Larry Foyt Race Team.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
