On August 21 4:48 pm, my husband, Daniel Ray Lamb passed away. He was at home in Monticello, Illinois with the love of his life Laura Lamb by his side.

Daniel had many talents from truck driving to so many other things he had accomplished in his life. Most recently, he had completed many courses learning Spanish.

He was born to Mary Lou and Rayburn Lamb on May 16, 1961, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

His fondest memories were spent as a child at his grandmother and granddad’s home in the mountains.

Daniel was a sweet caring soul. He always helped anyone that he thought needed it. Daniel also loved gardening.

He is survived by his wife Laura and nephew Tyson Brummitt. Thank you to everyone at Hospice for the love and care they showed us both.

Daniel was cremated and there will be no service. His ashes will be kept by his beloved wife until the time of her passing. They will then be laid to rest with her.

Daniel will be greatly missed.
