Gerald W “Jerry” Farley of Springfield passed away October 1, 2023 at Memorial Medical Center, surrounded by family.
He was born October 27, 1942, in Springfield, the son of Robert H. and Ruth Davison Farley Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert H and Ruth Davison Farley Sr, three brothers; Fred, Robert Jr and Danny Sr, three sisters; Linda Behl, Pam Rouse and Marilyn Womack.
Surviving are his wife, Sharon, son Jerry (Carol) Farley, daughter Melissa Farley, granddaughter Keirra Reynolds of Indianapolis, IN, grandsons Kaiden and Aiden Kelly. One brother John (Sherry) Farley four sisters; Ruth Nation, Carolyn Works, Sandy Myers and Debbie Moehle. Along with several nieces and nephews.
