Jason M. Rodgers, age 36, passed away February 14 th , 2023, at his residence in Decatur, IL. A
private family service will be held at some future date.

Jason graduated from Sullivan High School, was a welder, and enjoyed being outdoors in nature.
He especially loved hiking and camping in Southern Illinois with his good friends Matt Weaver
and Gabe Hedger.

Jason was born August 15, 1986, son of John Rodgers and Kay Ehrsam Harley. He is survived
by his son Charlie Eugene Rodgers of Lovington, IL., father John Rodgers (Tammy) of Clinton,
IL., mother Kay Harley of Sullivan, IL., brothers Brandt T. Rodgers (Dana) of Sullivan, IL., and
Ryan C. Rodgers (Kayla Schoeny) of Champaign, IL. He also had a special place in his heart for
Tera Rodgers, Peyton Newberry, And Makayla Hays of Lovington, IL.
