Jill Susann (Scribner) Cohan, 54, of Moweaqua, IL, passed away April 22, 2025.

She was born in Pana, IL on February 20, 1971.

She was married to Randall D. Cohan on September 3, 1989 in Moweaqua, IL. Jill loved working with Randy on construction projects and insurance inspections.

Her passion was her grandchildren , Kloie Mandeville, Jillian Scribner and Delilah Wood, all of Riverton, IL and was thrilled in December to have her first great grand son, Kylan.

Jill is survived by her husband, Randy, her Son, James Cohan of Moweaqua, her daughters, Randi Jean Scribner and Makayla R. Cohan of Riverton, IL. Parents, Gene and Patricia Scribner of Decatur, IL, her brother, John (Megan) Scribner of Blue Mound, IL, her sister, Pamela (Chad) Haynes of Assumption, IL, Step-Sisters, Tanya (Mike) Hackett of Lexington, KY, Heidi Scribner of Riverside, CA, Half-brother, Frank Spinner of Chestnut, IL Aunts, Lois Traster of Bethany, IL and Marie Yates of Kinmundy, IL Uncles, Donald (Sue) Woodard of Mission, TX and John (Pam) Woodard of Colorado Springs, CO., and of course, her favorite nephew, Matthew (Matt-Matt) (Hallie) Scribner of Decatur, IL.

She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, James and Hilda Woodard of Moweaqua, IL, Uncles, James R. Woodard, Robert C. Woodard, Floyd Traster of Bethany, IL and Aaron(Butch) Yates of Kinmundy, IL, Aunts, Jeanette Hickman and Linda Morrell, all of Moweaqua, IL.

There will be a Celebration of Jill’s life on May 18, 2025 at the Old Moweaqua Park, Moweaqua, IL starting at noon.
