Joshua Wayne Krall, born October 29, 1973, in Decatur, Illinois, passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 52. Josh lived a life full of heart, laughter, and generosity that touched everyone he met. He never knew a stranger—his smile, energy, and kindness made every room brighter.

Josh worked as a Senior Turbine Technician at ADM for several years, a career that allowed him to travel, experience new places, and meet people from all walks of life. He truly enjoyed the adventure and connection his work brought.

Josh had a deep love for music and dancing, always ready to turn a moment into a memory. He was a giver in every sense of the word. He shared his time, his heart, and his joy freely. His life was a reflection of love and connection, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Josh is survived by his loving wife, Jeannette Krall; his mother, Jeanette Elam and stepfather Dennis Elam of Decatur, IL; his father, Randy Kraus and wife Kerry of Missouri. He is also survived by his stepchildren: Thomas Street and Jessica Street of Decatur, IL, and Kisha Witty of Fort Collins, CO.

He leaves behind his siblings: Chris Kraus of Warrensburg, IL; Dennis Kraus (Megan) of Virden, IL; Elizabeth Kraus of Missouri; and Christina Sisson (Justice) of Georgia. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Jakeala Abdullah (Malik), Thomas Street Jr., Tristin Witty, Gabriel Witty, Naomi Witty, Travon Street, and Thomas Witty; and one great-grandchild, Malik Abdullah Jr. Josh also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends who will cherish his memory.

Floral arrangements may be sent to Sunnyside Road Church of Christ 821 N Sunnyside Road, Decatur, IL 62522. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to a charity of choice. Remembering that Joshua was generous and valued the gift of giving.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, vistation at 11:00 a.m. service at 12pm, at Sunnyside Road Church of Christ. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather, share memories, and honor the life of a man who truly lived and loved deeply.
