How dearly I miss my lovely grandma, in every single thing I do i find myself thinking of her. I’m constantly reminded that I don’t need to remember when she last ate or if shes drinking enough water, how those things don’t matter anymore. I find every day without her a struggle. She was always there and now she’s not, I find myself sitting at home in a house without her in it, without her listening to music or watching a movie she loved, it feels very empty without her here. I miss her so much.

The first couple of days without Mom aka Grandma & Gram Gram were very strange. We had already gone through this feeling when we lost Grandpa some 8 years ago 04/31/16. Since she and Grandpa had lived with us for 23 years, we were always accustomed to running through the kitchen tword the door that led to their TV room, bedroom ect. Many fond memories are tucked away of all the times we would run through that door to say a hello, goodmorning, goodnight, exchange hugs and kisses, report to Grandma & Grandpa about our days affairs, ect. They were very tolerable of the 3 grandkids who lived in the house and other grandkids that would come to visit, always being a big part of their life and those of all the friends they brought in back to see Grandma & Grandpa. Time was spent on their laps reading books, learning geography, playing card games, studying language, playing chess, doing puzzles, reading the Bible, doing homework, ect. Grandma & Grandpa were the targets of many practical jokes and were always good natured about it! How we will cherish all these and many more memories that are imbedded in our hearts and minds. We cannot wait to welcome them back to a beautiful clean earth that Jehovah does promise, and his promises he does keep! Till then my Dear Sweet Parents...who I love ❤️ Thank you for all that you did for me.

I inherited a lot from Mom...people always mentioned how much we looked alike, but I got so much more from her. She helped form my appreciation for and love of history, geography, languages, ancestry, Broadway plays and musicals, classic old movies, museums, picnic lunches and free concerts in the park. We didn't always speak each other's love language, but I hope she knew how much I loved her.
