Marvin Otis Hulva passed away May 11, 2023, at HSHS Hospital in Decatur, IL. Marvin was born in Atlanta, IL on May 27^th, 1941, to Otis Hulva and Dorothy (Schertz) Hulva. Marvin is proceeded in death by his wife, Sherry Elaine (Bruce) Hulva whom he married on December 22, 1962, in Atlanta, IL, as well as his parents and two sisters. He leaves behind his son Darrick (Jeanne) Hulva of Oakley, IL, his six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Marvin Hulva graduated from Atlanta High school in 1959. He worked for Caterpillar for 32 years in purchasing until his retirement. Following his retirement, Marvin owned and operated H&H Mowing. Marvin was also a member of Warrensburg Sportsman Club, the Caterpillar Retirees Group, and a member of ATA. He enjoyed trap shooting, boating, fishing, and socializing with neighbors and friends.

Celebration of Life will be held May 26, 3:00-6:00pm at Warrensburg Sports Club- 6289 N. Glasgow Rd, Warrensburg, IL. Casual Attire Requested. A private burial will take place at Boiling Springs Cemetery in Decatur, IL.
