In Loving Memory of Nancy Edith Ribble
Nancy Edith Ribble, 63, of Jacksonville, Illinois, passed away peacefully at her residence on May 29, 2026.

Nancy was born on October 16, 1962, in Carrollton, Illinois, to Ivan Ribble and Jeanette Tongate (Turner). She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Raymond Turner.

A 1980 graduate of Carlinville High School, Nancy dedicated many years of service as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she cared for others with compassion and dedication.

Nancy lived a quiet and private life. She never married and had no children of her own, but she took great pride in being an aunt and great-aunt to a large and loving family. She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Zach (Jessica) Turner, Ray (Katie) Turner, Kyle (Terra) Turner, Leslie (Brandon) Turner, Stephanie (Rusty) Menge, Jessie (Caleb) Manning, and Danielle (Michael) Collins.

She also leaves behind many beloved great-nieces and great-nephews: Hailea, Zachary, and Alivia Turner; Layla and Olyvar Turner; Ashley, Shane, Ruger, and Gracee Menge; Eliza Manning; Kylee and Rylee Turner; Lincoln Collins; and Breeanna, Emilee, Lauren, and Owen Burnight.

Nancy is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Annette, Sherry, and Pat, all of whom remained lifelong friends. She is further survived by several extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

Nancy will be remembered for her independence, quiet strength, and the love she held for her family and friends. Though she preferred a simple and private life, her presence touched those who knew her, and her memory will remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Cremation rites are being handled by Central Cremation Center, Forsyth. In keeping with Nancy’s wishes and respect for the private life she lived, a private family graveside burial will be held at Bethel Church Cemetery in Hettick, Illinois.
