Patrick Francis Meier

Patrick Francis Meier, 58, of Peoria, IL, passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with dementia.

Patrick was born on January 26, 1968, in Geneseo, Illinois. He was a devoted husband, loving father, beloved brother, and a cherished friend to many. Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia “Patty” Denny and Arnold “Ray” Meier, as well as his stepfather, Byron Denny, and stepmother, Pamela Meier.

For 33 years, he was married to his high school sweetheart Stephanie (Nellas) Meier. Together, they built a life filled with love, family, and countless memories.

Patrick leaves behind his wife, Stephanie; his daughters, Andrea (Hunter) Simon and Charlie Meier; and many family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

His memory will live on through the stories we share, the laughter he brought into our lives, and the one-line jokes and sayings that were so uniquely his. Those little moments will be treasured forever and will continue to bring smiles long after he is gone.

Celebration of Life Open House will be held on September 19th, 2026 from 1-3:00pm CST at Jack’s Pizza Tavern, Bartonville, IL.
