Raymond Thomas Hampton, 63 of Mattoon, IL passed away Thursday September 21, 2023 at his residence. He was born April 28, 1960 in Mattoon the son of Grant Leo and Margaret (Fry) Hampton.

Raymond worked at R.R.Donnelleys and was also a truck driver for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and taking walks.

He is survived by two sisters; Peggy Lucas and Nancy Wolke both from Mattoon, IL, Fiancé; Deborah Lawhorn of Mattoon, IL, Brother-in-Law John Wolke of Mattoon, 4 children, 4 grandchildren and 4 nephews.

The Family is planning a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
