Susan Marie Pollett, 63, of Springfield, IL, went to be with Jesus May 30, 2025.

She was born in Louisville, KY on February 8, 1962 to Logan Hutcherson and Emily (Tedder) Hutcherson.

Susan graduated from Glenwood High School.

She worked at St. John’s Hospital in labor and delivery for many years.

Susan was a member of ABATE and BYO Church. Her passion in life was watching her grandkids grow up and enjoying her 2 cats, Gibbs and Abby.

She is survived by her significant other, of 21 years, Wayne Truax. Daughter Emily Kinsinger-Albright (Mark) of Virginia, IL and son Bob Pollett of Champaign, IL.

Grandkids Austin Kinsinger, Lindsey Albright, Cody Albright, Schuyler Kinsinger, Jenna Hill, Lilyan Albright and Noah Kinsinger.

Susan also had many friends, from all walks of life and she loved them all dearly.

Her Celebration of Life will be at the VFW 2349 Stockyard Rd. Springfield, IL 62702 4p on Friday, June 13, 2025. Dinner will be provided. Please come and celebrate Suzie!
