Taylor Handley, 42, of Boody, Illinois, formerly of Springfield, Illinois, passed away on
Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Memorial Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. He was born on June 25th
1981 in Springfield, Illinois to Mark Handley and Robyn (Whalen) Handley.
On September 29, 2018, Taylor married Noelle (Daniel) Handley of Boody, Illinois; she
survives. He is also survived by his son Vincent Handley, his mother Robyn Handley, his sister
Emily Handley as well as his brother Nick and wife Elizabeth Handley. In addition to his
immediate family and siblings, Taylor will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews,
special buddy Mason, sisters and brothers in law and his mother and father in law. He was
preceded in death by his father Mark Handley.
Taylor was a beautiful soul with the ability to light up a room with just his smile. He was
a wonderful dad, loving husband and adored his mother and siblings. He was an avid and loyal
Cubs fan, the kind of friend you could always count on and had an infectious laugh that could
heal the darkest of days.
A celebration of life will be held for close family and friends to honor Taylor’s memory.
