Tonya M. Lowe, 52, of Decatur passed away peacefully Saturday March 15th at Decatur Memorial Hospital. A walk through visitation will be held from 11:00 to 12:00 followed by a celebration of life ceremony officiated by Pastor Brian Canaday on Thursday March 20th at 12:00 at Harristown Foursquare Church. Tonya was born march 22, 1972 in Decatur, the daughter of Donald and Sandy Lowe of Harristown. Tonya was a banquet server for several years, then because of her love for babies, she was a child caregiver for many children over the years in her home. She is survived by her son Blake (Courtney) Lowe of Harristown, son Elijah Lowe of Maroa, grandchildren Blaney and Brantley Lowe, mother Sandy Lowe of Decatur, biological mother Diane Rogers of Decatur, brother Rick (Meg) Lowe of Harristown, sister Vicky Mathias of Decatur, sister Christine (Kevin) Coggan of Decatur, brother Ron (Susan) Lowe of Harristown, sister Amy Lowe of Decatur, brother Phil Rogers of Decatur, sister Lacey Barnes of Lovington, sister Courtney Rogers of Decatur, and many nieces, nephews and cousins that she loved dearly. She was proceeded in death by her father Donald Lowe, sister Penny Collier, brother-in-law Richard Collier, nephew Ronnie Lowe Jr., and grandparents.
