Tracy Lee Williams, 63, of Decatur IL., passed away on March 22, 2026, at Decatur Memorial Hospital after a long fight with cancer. Tracy was born August 23, 1962, in Decatur, IL., to June and Gerald Williams. He dedicated much of his life to working in construction and was a proud member of the labor union. Known for his resilience, determination, and wit, he approached life with a toughness that carried him through both challenges and successes.

He is survived by his three brothers, Dennis Williams, Jeff Williams, and Greg Williams, who shared with him a lifetime of memories, laughter, and unbreakable bonds. Being a loving father, he leaves behind three children, Amanda Williams, Gary Williams, and Joshua Williams, who were the pride and joy of his life.

He is proceeded in death by his parents and sister Kimberly Scarduzio.
