Victor Franklin Owen passed away in his home in Decatur, Illinois, at the age of 73 on March 27, 2023. Born Dec. 1, 1949, In Chicago and raised in West Chicago. Victor loved photography and media productions. He was self-employed for most of his life starting a company called Media Stuff. Victor moved from the Rockford area to Decatur, IL in 2015 following a stroke. Victor is survived by sister, Doris (Rick) Servey. He was preceded in death his sister Bette L. Ireland and both parents Trevor H. Owen and Corinne (Boren) Owen. Victor will be interred next to his mother in a private ceremony at a later date.
