Joe was a very kind loving person the type that never met a stranger she had a smile that would just light up the room she was always very friendly and outgoing to me My mother and siblings lived just down the street in Blue Mound il for a short while and i became friend with her brother Kevin for many years until his death I had not seen Joe in many years when much to my surprise we reconnected again when she worked at the plasma center in Decatur she was always asking about my siblings and how i was doing. I would like to give deepest condolences to her family in this time of sadness heaven has just received another Angle RIP my friend until we meet again.
