Family of Phil Hemrich, Phil built our house and later built on a sunroom and finished our basement. He was a perfectionist in his work, and we enjoyed interesting conversations with him every day of the project. Whenever we were working in the yard and he drove by he always stopped to chat. We enjoyed his outlook on life and his colorful opinions. We are sorry for your loss.
